    Ah, the $1 million question! There is no easy answer since suppliers must offer a bespoke quote so even the shop or cafe next door will be paying different rates to you.

    It’s always worth shopping around to ensure you get the cheapest deal and I would recommend the Business Utility Hub if you are a big electricity user.

    I know some sites publish what the average rates are for supplying a shop or cafe but the other respondents are quite right and the prices vary depending on where you are in the country and what sector you work in so its worth shopping around as Nikki says.
